Before going on vietnam holiday

Check the following list before leaving home:
• Travel Documents: visa, Passport, , Air Tickets, Travel Insurance.
• Long sleeved shirts to prevent sunburn. Waterproof jacket during rainy season
• Sunglasses, sunscreen, flashlight/Torch, alarm clock, insect repellent, personal first aid kit, personal toiletries.
• Money: US dollars, travelers checks or credit cards.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT POLICY:
Check-in Time: Hotel rooms are generally available for guest check-in after 14:00 pm. Guests arriving before this time will be allocated rooms as soon as they become available. For all early check-ins, we strongly recommend that rooms are reserved and paid for the night before in order to guaranteed early check-in.

Check-out Time: Check out time is 1200 hrs. Guests requiring special consideration for late check out should make their request when placing reservations. Rooms may be extended until 6.00pm at 50% of the room rate, subject to availability. After 18:00 pm rooms will be charged at the full group rate.
