I cannot say enough about the tour and service you provided. Hai, our guide, was always on time and was really good with us. He was calming, informative, and provided a fantastic service throughout our tour. He was very sensitive to our needs, and clearly does his job very very well. Very Disappointed that Luxury Vietnam Vacation was unable to rebook an overnight stay in Halong Bay. This gorgeous spot should be enjoyed in the cooler points of the day. Having said that our guide was excellent and looked after us very well.
